Dr. Harleen Kaur, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Climate Change and Agricultural Meteorology at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has garnered significant acclaim by winning the “Best Oral Presentation Award” at the prestigious AGMET-2025 seminar. The national event, hosted by Assam Agricultural University in Jorhat from February 13-15, brought together experts and innovators dedicated to leveraging weather and climate data for agricultural advancements.
Dr. Kaur’s award-winning presentation, based on the research paper “Role of Resource Intensive Irrigated Wheat Cultivation in Enhancing Climate Change in Different Regions of Punjab, India,” was co-authored with Prabhjot Kaur.
