Dear Sangat,
There are days when the price of speaking the truth is not an argument. It is a lock on the door.
Yesterday was one of those days.
Our Instagram account was suspended after a wave of coordinated reporting by people who will not put their names to what they do. Soon after, our account on X was taken down as well. Accounts can be frozen. A mission cannot.
We did not come this far to be convenient. We came to stay true to the path shown by our Gurus. That path does not ask us to look away when our heritage is used as a shield. It does not ask us to stay silent when people wrap illicit work, political theatre, or personal ambition in the colours of the Khalsa and then demand that the rest of us clap.
For that reason we name what others prefer to leave unnamed. We highlight groups and individuals who trade on Sikh identity while working against the dignity, safety, and future of this community. We do it because the Gurus did not teach us to protect a costume. They taught us to protect truth.
Those who live off the confusion hate that clarity. So they report. They pile on. They hope that if the handle disappears, the voice will disappear with it.
They have misread us.
A handle is a tool. Khalsa Vox is a commitment. We remain answerable to our readers, not to anonymous complaint mills. We will keep publishing. We will keep naming what needs to be named. We will keep standing where the Gurus stood: with those who refuse to let faith become a cover story.
If speaking costs us a platform, so be it. Our community has paid far heavier prices for far longer. Silence was never the Sikh bargain.
We will fight this. We will appeal. We will rebuild wherever we must. And we will continue to speak.

ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਏ ਕਿ ਸੌਖੇ ਰਹੀਏ। ਅਸੀਂ ਆਏ ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੱਸੇ ਰਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਡੱਟੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ। ਉਹ ਰਾਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਲ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਮੋੜ ਲਈਏ। ਉਹ ਰਾਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕੰਮ, ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨਾਟਕ ਜਾਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦੇ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਪੇਟ ਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਣ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੀਏ।
ਇਸੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕ ਅਣਕਿਹਾ ਛੱਡਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਰੁੱਪਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਛਾਣ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਭੇਸ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੱਚ ਬਚਾਉਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ।
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇਸ ਉਲਝਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਹੈਂਡਲ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਵੀ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
