Competing against 31 B.Ed. colleges from the districts of Fazilka, Muktsar, Ferozepur, and Moga, the host institution emerged victorious by securing 48 prizes, maintaining its unbroken winning streak. Dev Samaj College of Education, Ferozepur, secured the second position, while DM College of Education, Moga, finished third.

Festival Organising Secretary Ajay Khosla shared that DAV’s students excelled in a wide range of categories, claiming top honours in bhajan (solo and group), giddha, bhangra, folk dance, skit, histrionics, poetry recitation, kavishari, and various creative writing events including short story and essay writing. The college also dominated in cartooning, poster making, rangoli, clay modelling, on-the-spot painting, and handwriting (English and Punjabi) competitions.

Expressing immense pride, Dr. Vijay Grover, Officiating Principal of DAV College of Education, lauded the dedication and talent of the students and faculty.

“This achievement is a testament to our enduring commitment to cultural excellence and holistic education. We hope to carry this glorious legacy forward,” he said.

The festival’s valedictory ceremony was graced by Colonel S.P.R. Gaba (Retd) and Dr. Sukhjinder Rishi, Director of the Youth Welfare Department, Panjab University, as chief guests. Dr. Tejinder Singh Gill, Assistant Director, Youth Welfare Department, Panjab University, attended as a special guest.
