ਟਰੂਡੋ-ਜਗਮੀਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਗੈਂਗਲੈਂਡ
ਚੋਰੀਆਂ, ਡਾਕੇ, ਕਤਲ, ਫਿਰੌਤੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਆਮ
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਥ ਖੜੇ
“ਆਪੇ ਫਾਬੜੀਏ ਤੇਨੂੰ ਕੌਣ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ”
1990 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਚ ਬੰਬਈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ‘ਚ ਦਾਉਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਡਰਵਰਲਡ ਗੈਂਗ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਸੀ। ਗੈਂਗ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਹਫਤਾ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਜੌ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਹਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਕਤਲ ਹੋਏ। ਫੇਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਿਆ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਇਆ ਨਾਇਕ ਵਰਗੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਏਹਨਾ ਗੈਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁੰਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ-ਚੁਣ ਢੇਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਬਈ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ। ਏਸ ਬਾਰੇ “ਅੱਬ ਤੱਕ ਛਪਨ” ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਹੁਣ ਬੰਬਈ ਦਾ ਨਬੇਵਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਗੁੰਡਾ ਰਾਜ ਕਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਬੀ ਸੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਬੁਹਮਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੋ ਤਿੰਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਗੈਂਗ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਲੋ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਹਫਤਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਡਾਲਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਗੋਲੀ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਹੁਣ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੀ ਸੀ ‘ਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਏਹਨਾ ਗੈਂਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਨਜਿੱਠਨਗੇ? ਕਨੇਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ‘ਚ ਏਨੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਦਇਆ ਨਾਇਕ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਪਰ ਮਲਟੀਕਲਚਰਲ ਦਾ ਦਬਾਉ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਓਹ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕਿ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਨੈਡਾ ਦੇ ਜੁਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਰਮ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਨੇ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ਼ ਕੇ ਗੈਂਗ ਮੈਬਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਹੋਰ ਨਰਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਬੀ ਸੀ ‘ਚ ਆਈਆਂ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਅੰਨੇਵਾਹ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਕਰੀਨਿੰਗ ਤੋ ਦੇਸੀ ਐਮ ਪੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਇਮੀਗਰਾਂਟਸ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੈਂਗ ਮੈਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਹਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਕਤਲ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਤੋ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸਤੇ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ, ਉਲਟਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਗੁੰਡਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਿਬਰਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਹਰਾਮੀਪੁਣਾ ਦੇਖੋ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘’ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੈਂਗ” ਹਨ। ਕੋਈ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਗੈਂਗ ਕਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਏਥੇ ਜੁਰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ? ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਓਸਦਾ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਡਰ ਹੈ? ਫੇਰ ਓਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੈਂਗ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋਇਆ? ਦਾਉਦ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਦੁਬਈ ਬੈਠਾ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਚ ਜੁਰਮ ਕਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਜਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਓਸਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਈ ਦਾ ਗੈਂਗ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਵੈਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਨਿੱਕੀ ਨਿੱਕੀ ਗੱਲ ‘ਚ ਏਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪੇਗੰਡੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਏਸ ਗੰਦੀ ਪਾਲਸੀ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਹਲਾਤ ਦੇਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
ਟਰੂਡੋ ਅਤੇ ਓਸਦੇ ਪਿਓ ਨੇ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਤੱਕ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਰਗ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਮੌਕਾ ਹੈ, ਕਨੂੰਨ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੁਣੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੈਂਗ ਮੈਬਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਓਸੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਿਥੋਂ ਆਏ ਹਨ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਝੂਠ ਸੱਚ ਬੋਲ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਟੀਜਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੱਕ ਲੈਅ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋਣ। ਜੇ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਖਤ ਕਦਮ ਨਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣੀਆਂ ਪੈਣਗੀਆਂ।

In the current era of governance led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh, Canada is grappling with a surge in criminal activities, raising serious concerns about public safety. Incidents involving theft, robberies, and murders have become alarming, and a sense of insecurity looms over the country. Despite these challenges, the ability of law enforcement to effectively combat these issues has been hindered.
The question echoes: “Who will safeguard citizens in times of trouble?”
Drawing parallels to Mumbai’s tumultuous past under the influence of the underworld gang led by Dawood in the 1990s, there are emerging reports of a similar phenomenon in Canada. Gangs, particularly in provinces like British Columbia and Ontario with a significant Sikh population, have reportedly issued letters demanding protection money. The letters, demanding sizable sums, come with a menacing warning that any police presence will be met with bullets. This raises concerns about the response of the Trudeau-Singh government to tackle this rising menace.
In the 1990s, Mumbai witnessed a transformation when the government and law enforcement agencies took decisive action against criminal enterprises. This included brave officers who, with a free hand from the authorities, successfully cracked down on these gangs, ultimately restoring peace to the city. Cinematic portrayals of this era, such as in the film “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai,” illustrate the positive impact of a resolute approach against criminal elements.
Presently, it is disconcerting to observe an influx of individuals with potential ties to organized crime and extremism due to inadequate immigration screening. Reports suggest that high-profile murders in India have links to gangs based in Canada. Despite Canada’s traditionally lenient stance on terrorism, concerns have been raised about recent changes in laws by the Trudeau-Singh administration, which some argue may further exacerbate the situation.
The safety of immigrants, particularly those who have not undergone thorough screening, is at risk. It is imperative to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. The key question remains: Will the Canadian government take decisive actions against these criminal elements?
Critics argue that Trudeau’s policies, combined with lenient laws and insufficient screening, have inadvertently created an environment conducive to criminal activities and extremism. The consequences of inaction could be severe, as evidenced by the rising concerns over public safety. There is an urgent need for the Canadian government to identify and take strict measures against gang members and extremists, including deportation, even if they have obtained citizenship through fraudulent means.
Canada stands at a crossroads, and decisive action is required to ensure the safety of its citizens and maintain the country’s reputation as a secure and welcoming nation. The time to act is now, before the repercussions become unavoidable. Inaction, while hands remain tied, cannot be the solution to the growing challenges facing the nation.
