These articles misrepresent Mr. Pannun’s advocacy as violent extremism and falsely accuse him of inciting violence without presenting any credible evidence. Such defamatory statements not only tarnish Mr. Pannun’s reputation but also undermine the legitimate struggles of the Sikh community against oppression.
Khalsa Vox appears to have aligned itself with a narrative of propaganda aimed at discrediting Mr. Pannun’s efforts and silencing voices speaking out against Indian injustice. Your platform’s actions constitute a clear case of slander and defamation, which are actionable under the law.
Furthermore, it is concerning that your website does not display an office address, which is a basic legal and ethical requirement for any media organization. In the absence of a publicly listed office address, Khalsa Vox operates with a lack of transparency, raising serious questions about its accountability.
We hereby demand the following actions from Khalsa Vox:
- Immediate Retraction of the aforementioned articles and any other content on your platform that defames Mr. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
- Publication of an Apology prominently on your website acknowledging the baselessness of the allegations and the harm caused by your actions.
- Disclosure of Your Office Address within the next 48 hours, enabling the delivery of formal legal notice regarding this matter.
Failure to comply with these demands will leave us with no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a defamation lawsuit and seeking damages for the harm caused to Mr. Pannun’s reputation.
