Addressing the gathering, Baba Rasulpur spoke of the profound connection between Punjab and Ayodhya, where hundreds joined in a journey of faith and love, showering blessings upon the endeavors.

Drawing from the teachings of Sikhism, Baba Rasulpur emphasized the fundamental principle of ‘God is One,’ underscoring his deep-rooted faith in both Sikhism and Sanatan Dharma. This sentiment reflects the inclusivity and harmony that characterize the ethos of both traditions.

The facilitation ceremony, organized by the Joshi Foundation, witnessed the recognition of Baba Rasulpur’s remarkable initiative of setting up langar services in Ayodhya during the ‘Pran Pratishta’ ceremony of Lord Ram’s idol. A total of 75 organizations came together to honor Baba Rasulpur for his dedicated efforts.

As the eighth descendant of Nihang Baba Fakir Singh Khalsa, whose historic devotion led to the capture of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya in 1858, Baba Rasulpur sought to carry forward his ancestor’s legacy of reverence towards Lord Ram. With a vision to serve devotees from around the world, Baba Rasulpur established langar services at Shri Char Dham Mandir in Ayodhya’s Pramodvan area.

In his address, Baba Rasulpur expressed pride in Punjab being recognized globally for its tradition of langar service, which was initiated by the Sikh Gurus. His actions, rooted in selflessness and devotion, not only honored his ancestors but also symbolized the essence of Punjabiyat, embodying the spirit of unity and service.

The tradition of serving free meals, inherent to Sikhism, epitomizes the principles of community service and equality. Baba Rasulpur’s commitment to continuing this legacy reaffirms the values of compassion and solidarity, fostering a sense of unity among diverse communities.

As Baba Rasulpur’s story resonates beyond borders, it serves as a poignant reminder of the power of faith, love, and service to transcend boundaries and unite humanity in a shared spirit of harmony and goodwill.
